I am looking for an investor for a short-term loan (12-18 months) of 300k or the total project cost of 2 million. This is for a commercial real estate project outside of the New Orleans area in a rapidly growing area. These will be built in the Covington/ Madisonville are. The flex space warehouse project will be in a prime high-traffic area where there is currently none of these spaces available. I will not be leasing but selling each unit. I plan on building 35000 sq ft of the space which includes ample parking.
