Rock of Ageless PLLC is a highly scalable, 100% cash-pay (self-pay) telehealth practice headquartered in Texas. The enterprise utilizes an innovative hybrid clinical model designed to capture robust local market share through my direct clinical care as a Texas-licensed physician, while concurrently scaling a national brand footprint utilizing the fully compliant Heally 50-State Provider Network and Infrastructure. The practice will deliver premium, highly demanded clinical protocols focused on three distinct wellness verticals: Gut Health, Weight Management, and Hormone Optimization. As a highly accomplished, multi-board-certified physician with over two decades of extensive leadership, emergency medicine, and clinical directive experience—including service as a military primary care director, multi-facility Emergency Department Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer—I will serve as the active physician-owner and Chief Executive Officer of the entity. By anchoring the practice’s clinical legitimacy through my direct medical oversight in Texas and utilizing a purely variable-cost digital fulfillment framework out-of-state, Rock of Ageless PLLC eliminates traditional brick and mortar limitations.

 

The physician/owner will personally see patients from Texas and Florida where he holds unlimited licenses and will utilize the Heally Tech 50-state network to see patients in other jurisdictions.
