ASTI CHERRY COMPUTER INC. (ACCI), founded in 1994, is seeking $300,000–$500,000 in investment capital to initiate and accelerate a phased engineering and prototype-development program covering advanced energy technology, intelligent communications, wearable devices, and software platforms.

Our Immediate Development Priority

The Mini Black Box™ is ACCI's first priority. This proposed energy-management platform is being designed to integrate compatible energy inputs, electrical storage, intelligent monitoring, and software-controlled DC power distribution.

Initial development will focus on engineering feasibility, functional prototype construction, firmware integration, performance measurement, and technical validation.

Engineering Resources Ready for Mobilization

ACCI has received initial laboratory components and identified professional hardware and software engineering contractors, including Device Solutions, Grinalds Solutions, and Chetu, for potential development roles.

Engineering proposals and preliminary development scopes have been obtained. Contractor mobilization is subject to financing, final agreements, and agreed project milestones.

Phased Product Development Strategy

Following activation of the Mini Black Box™ engineering program, ACCI intends to progressively advance its other technologies, including:

PalmTalk™ advanced smartphone platform
MekeEarpor™ and PalmEarpor™ intelligent wearable devices
Heaven RTOS embedded operating-system platform
Heaven Search Engine
SII™ Super Intelligence software capabilities

These programs may proceed in parallel as funding, engineering capacity, and technical milestones permit.

Use of Investment Capital

The requested funding will support professional engineering services, contractor mobilization, intellectual property development, prototype materials and fabrication, embedded software, systems integration, testing, and validation.
