Keep-Warm is transforming commercial foodservice through patent-pending rechargeable battery technology and intelligent e-paper displays. Our cordless food warmers eliminate open flames, disposable fuel, and electrical cords for caterers, hotels, restaurants, universities, and healthcare facilities. Our initial products include full-size ($499) and half-size ($399) warmers, interchangeable batteries, charging stations, and digital e-paper food labels. Our roadmap expands into additional battery-powered foodservice equipment, creating a scalable ecosystem similar to DeWalt's cordless tool platform. We've developed working prototypes, filed patent applications, and generated significant industry interest, including discussions with Compass Group, Gordon Food Service, Thermos, and Vollrath regarding pilots, distribution, and strategic partnerships. We're seeking $1 million in investment to accelerate production tooling, battery certification, initial inventory, commercial launch, and distribution development, positioning Keep-Warm for rapid market expansion.
