ABridge is an assisted living company offering niche memory cares services to rural Wisconsin. We bring new life into established assisted living communities whose owners found themselves wanting to exit the space in the aftermath of COVID.
Rural America is an untapped revenue source in an industry that promises to grow and expand need into the foreseeable future. According to WHO, “ As the proportion of older people in the population is increasing in nearly every country, this number is expected to rise to 78 million in 2030 and 139 million in 2050.“
ABridge was originally established in 2014 in order to assist struggling assisted living companies with stabilization and profitability. In 2020, ABridge acquired its first assisted living business, Libby’s House of Chilton. Since then, ABridge has grown to 5 communities, 65 staff, and 85 residents strong with 2 new communities joining the company in summer 2022. Gross annual revenues are expected to reach 5 million in 2022 alone, up over 50 percent Q1 2022 over Q4 2021.
ABridge is seeking investors to fund our growth trajectory for our summer business onboardings while our current holdings reach stabilization.
