Franchise The UPS Store

I am seeking for $300k to join the UPS franchise. I understand that I need a source of money to start; and a good lender. I have interviewed and received the Franchise disclosure (FDD) and the next step is to submit financials. UPS is a one-stop-shop that started in 1980 as a convenient alternative to the Post Office. Since then, it has grown to a franchise premiere network in the world by leading with a distinguished world-class brand. I am skilled in communicating effectively with diverse people across various platforms. In my position as a License Specialist at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, I provide rule and policy interpretations for applicants, their representatives, and the public. For the past two years, I have embarked on an educational opportunity to advance to the next level of leadership at Huston Tillotson University with a Business Administrative Degree. My expected graduation date is in the fall of 2022. I have earned my Leadership Academy Certificate from the University at Austin by attending UTCPE classes that will allow me to take the next step in my career as a business leader. In addition to this, I continue to be a successful contributor to Toastmasters. As the Vice President of Public Relations, my responsibility is to generate positive awareness of the Toastmasters brand to attract and retain members.  I have an indomitable spirit and will work from my heart to deliver valuable customer service experience to everyone. I am a very dedicated and diligent person, and I am confident that my skills and experience would prove beneficial to The UPS Franchise. My two daughters Sharica and Aaliyah will join me as an entrepreneur. This can help my daughters develop an entrepreneurial mindset like mine, which will prepare them (us) for the future of opening another store. I would love to share my resume and most recent portfolio submitted for three credit hours for a Public Speaking course.  I have done my due diligence and set up a  zoom meeting with a franchisee with The UPS who owns 9 stores in Austin. The meeting turned into a two-hour discussion of the franchise opportunity. Also, I understand location is critical and I am looking in the Lakeway/ Dripping Springs area or the HEB Plus strip in Hutto which is 2 miles from my home.
