Southern Star Enterprises (SSE) is a bold and bodacious venture providing unique, intriguing, high-end sensational culinary and sailing experiences along the emerging north coast of the Gulf of America, building a 15-boat fleet of 50' sloops to service the coastal waters between Corpus Christi, Texas and Clearwater, Florida and an inland-supply to the land-locked Intermountain-West markets from Denver west to the Sierra Nevada's.

Background
Southern Star Enterprises LLC ("Southern Star Enterprises", "SSE" or the "Company") is an early-stage high-end cuisine and travel company focusing on the "In-Between Generation" (Boomers and their Next Successors) for provisioning of the otherwise rich & famous experiences in high-end specialty cuisine and travel experiences along the northern coastal region of the emerging Gulf of America (GoA). The initial target clientele are middle-aged travelers seeking new upper-end experiences in America's yet-to-be-fully-discovered coastal cities in the northern part of the Gulf of America from Corpus Christi, Texas to Clearwater, Florida. They are In-Between the mega-yacht markets and the traditional day-sail, beach playground markets, currently underserved for the aspiring and aging Boomers and their children. The principal Founders fit this profile also, and are well-experienced in unique cuisine having grown up in the northern GoA coast and have extensively sailed inland and blue-water bodies of the GoA.
Initial Focus
Southern Star Enterprises' initial product lines focus on unique, high-end cuisine offering a blend of salt-water coastal entrees with Inter-Mountain West elements, such as char-grilled oysters trimmed with Redfish and Rocky Mountain Trout trappings. Initial retail markets will focus beachheads in Denver and Destin. The Destin market will be amplified by Sensational-Dockside dinnering and multi-day cruising on the flagship 52' Southern Star sloop operating out of homebase Destin. The food supply servicing Destin will also service the Denver and Intermountain-West markets, cross-marketing the SSE services and travel aspirations of the targeted In-Between clientele. The experience is the market-maker, and thus we will focus on the best of uniqueness and quality whether it be in a mountain-perch restaurant or a dockside extravaganza in Destin, taking advantage of the cross-marketing of cuisine and sailing experiences.
