Crossroads Equestrian Center

Crossroads Equestrian Center is a currently operating year round 20 acre horse facility housing 30 plus horses.  It offers community wide services such as one on one horse mentorship programs, horseback riding lessons, self-care to full-care services for horse owners and event hosting. We are looking to acquire the original business and expand the services to include youth horse camps, guided trail rides, horse therapy, short term horse boarding for travelers, additional agricultural products such as fresh cut flowers and farm grown produce, and wedding venue services.  The property is on gorgeous secluded property within the city limits of Shelton WA, a family oriented community with a large population of young families and youth.  Our team collectively has 10 plus years of experience in community and youth services, as well as small business management and barn management. Our mission is to provide superior boarding services for local horse owners as well as to encourage growth in confidence, leadership, horsemanship skills, and responsibility in youth throughout the community. Shelton and the surrounding community has a high demand for outdoor youth oriented programs teaching our solid core values, making our business model and services a guaranteed success. Additionally we aim to advertise and build the wedding venue services currently offered. Shelton has no wedding venues within the city limits and few within the county, the majority of the venues being extremely high end and not affordable for families. Crossroads offers a gorgeous location for weddings in a manicured field and garden alongside the winding creek with the horse pasture in the background. There is ample parking, flower gardens, and restroom services already in place for guests. Our goal is to expand this portion of the business to be a successful wedding venue for the community.
