I am looking for additional capital to grow our 2 businesses in the QSR marketplace. We currently have 2 brands we want to start franchising.
One is an established brand called Beef A Roo
https://beefaroo.com/franchise we have partnered with corporate owners to franchise nationally. We have all of our marketing materials and FDD and are set to go on this one. We are also looking at doing drive through only and carry oak utilizing shipping container to reduce the costs of construction and occupancy costs which are the biggest reasons franchises fail. We have received a tremendous amount of national publicity on the brand and the container concept.
The other is our own brand called Blenderz
www.Blenderz.com Which is a Acai, smoothie, and panini brand to capture the younger health conscious people. We have 3 locations opened in Royal Oak Michigan, Athens Ga, and Charlotte NC and will be opening in Wesley Chapel Fl, Oxford MS, and Baton Rouge LA by the end of the year.
Our company, Next Brand & Development, brings a few things that most start up franchises do not have. 1) real estate and pre construction services and 2) construction through our sister company SFVservices.com. These are items that most emerging franchisors do not have and leave in up to the new franchises to handle on their own. Most have no experience in these fields and fail miserably bringing down the franchisor.
As I am sure you know, the franchise business can be very lucrative but you need volume. I have committed over 2MM so far in launching both the Blenderz and the Beef A Roo franchise in the past 18 months. I believe it will take another 2-3MM to growth these brands. Biggest needs are people with experience in growing and running successful franchises. Your company has the experience to raise capital and put together professional proforma’s and presentations.
