"The Shape of Water Restaurant" is a Unique Destination Restaurant. The restaurant is designed to be a prototype for a Franchise that will expand into Jacksonville, St Augustine, Orlando, and possibly other cities. The restaurant exhibits everything about water, 350 ft+ of rivers, fountains, 21 waterfalls, caves dining, multi-level deck dining, courtyard dining, bar dining & inside dining, treehouses, suspension bridge, a fire rain-tree, botanical gardens, fire pits, inside & outside bars, Cambodian ruins, light entertainment & a glass dance floor over a lagoon and river. The theme is 1940's, Key West look, Earnest Hemingway, high-end dining for couples & sweethearts, especially on their special occasions. Because of its special atmosphere, it will also be a place for weddings, receptions and group events. The emphasis is on outside courtyard dining of twos & fours that can be expanded. Inside dining is comprised of small to medium seating rooms, with the two of the three outside decks accommodating the larger seating with roofs for rain-free dining. The third deck is designed for a future roof-top bar that can be accessed by a glass elevator or stairs French/American cuisine with attention to detail, unmatched atmosphere and service is our policy. The property is located on A1A in Palm Coast, Florida, known as the Hammock and is on a stretch of designated Scenic Hwy. 90% of the outside is completed with the kitchen area, gift shop, decks, elevator, outside cottage bar renovation, and parking area, yet to be done. In addition, tables, chairs dining ware and inventory need to be purchased. A large outside 12'x8"x 8' refrigerator/freezer is in place. Many other items have been purchased and will be itemized. The restaurant has been designed and planned for 150-300 people. The sewer to the property has been designed, surveyed and is about to go out for bids. It is being funded by stimulus funds held by the county but being built by the City of Palm Coast and our cost is for connecting. It is currently located 1800 feet from the restaurant and will be the first section to be built of the 2.5 mile stretch along A1A with a projection hook-up of about 9 months.
