We create Short Term rentals and Mid Term rentals, pet friendly properties that the whole family can enjoy. We also create housing for business professionals so their families can stay with them. We have received multiple 5 star reviews from our guests, guests planning on returning themselves and guests spreading the word to others to visit. For example, one of our properties is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, huge fenced in back yard  with an average 77% occupancy and ADR is $250 currently and moving up over $325 in a few months per our pricing plan. 

We are looking to acquiring more properties. (Single to 4 Unit, 6-8 Unit) We have 30+ years of Fix and Flip experience so we can take on under valued properties that need to be rehabbed first. During that process, we design them for STR MTRs. Of course, if we can move right into furnishing, onboarding/launch preparation, we would rather do that.

We are also looking to take on some co-hosting partnerships.
