We are building Aethara, an organizational intelligence AI ecosystem. Our market is small- and midsize U.S. financial services organizations, with an early focus on wealth management, investment management, and brokerage firms. These organizations operate in an environment shaped by regulation, fragmented systems, changing client expectations, workforce constraints, and growing AI investment. Many have “skin in the AI game” but lack a durable organizational means to decide which opportunities merit investment, coordinate initiatives across the enterprise, and determine meaningful value. The sector is a strong market for Aethara's capabilities for strategic judgment, organizational context, governance, and value discipline. The development of the eight-agent Organizational Intelligence model is complete. The next evolution connects organizational understanding to strategy, work planning, and an initial Intelligence Council to help guide execution. This represents the first complete demonstration of the Aethara operating model: understand the organization, establish intent, organize action, assess results, and preserve what is learned. This is not a platform.
