This portfolio is intentionally ambitious and global in nature. Our world is slipping into various forms of instability and requires a new way of approaching tactically integrated operational solutions that promote peace. Our Defense sales and Field Support vertical offers brokerage services, formal distributorships, and inter-government consulting to further integrated sales packages that meet National Security and Governance objectives.
We currently have over $1.7 billion pending in sales proposals at the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. This vertical is crucial for maintaining our financial stability and supporting our other operations.

CRITICAL MANUFACTURING
Our Manufacturing and Logistics operations are crucial for delivering on our commitments. We have identified several supply chain weaknesses across US and allied supply chains as the wartime aid to Ukraine expends our resources. There are needs for nitrocellulose.
We prefer to be a key component manufacturer rather than try to compete to design and build entire product lines. It is less costly, and more dominant to control key elements of a major sector. This enables us to be a player in global resupply and component manufacturing.
We have identified worldwide shortages for nitrocellulose, powder, and other Artillery component manufacturing niches. Critical Minerals and gasses including Acetylene, Silicas, and Chip component raw materials are in peril.
We are also partnering with others to make immediate contributions in areas below:
- FIELD HOSPITALS and MEDICAL SUPPLIES - ranging from basic triage tents to full-out surgical suites. These hospitals are designed to provide immediate, high-quality medical care in areas where healthcare infrastructure may be lacking or overwhelmed.
- GLOBAL LOGISTICS and TRANSPORTATION – We are aligned with 165 companies across Europe for rebuilding, reconstruction, LOGCAP, sanitation, road building, and more. These projects are designed to help communities recover from conflict or disaster and build a better future.
- AERIAL SOLUTIONS – ATLAS, with CAS SYSTEMS have designed a drone specifically to the needs of todays complex and volatile environment. IT is uncharacteristically simplistic, Low Tech, Low Cost, with High payload and range. Our original specifications came from Ukrainian warfighters. This project showcases our ability to quickly adapt and deliver on our commitments. The drone, once completed, will be a significant asset for the Ukrainian military, providing them with a versatile and effective tool for a variety of missions.

We strive to empower the masses in high conflict areas with jobs and opportunities to get involved and also to sustain their families. We believe every generation can play in this role. PRIVATE EQUITY MANAGEMENT
The PHOENIX PROJECT Private Equity Fund is a key component of our investment strategy. This fund is independent of Atlas Defense International and managed by a professional private equity team that is fully SEC compliant. The purpose of the fund is to enable high net-worth individuals and family offices to invest in defense sectors that contribute to global security.
Funds garnered thru this collection are being invested in strategically relevant organizations that contribute to global stability in a time of conflict. This fund enables procurement and revitalization of critical infrastructure, ports, Energy networks, Information distribution networks, Transportation/Shipping, and Global Good (food, water, shelter, education, agriculture, and revitalizing ware-torn regions)
Distributions of Capital are prioritized to incentivize small to mid-sized, high growth opportunity, strategically relevant businesses, and ventures. Categories of support are available separately.
Additionally, we strive to increase our Operating Capital and Lines of Credit to further cashflow stability – a crucial element in being able to be immediately responsive to global opportunities. These types of trade financing can come from either individual investors or the private equity fund mentioned above, or a combination of both.
As the world moves towards a war-time footing, there are significant opportunities for investors in the defense sector. This Private Equity Fund will not only fund portions of Atlas Defense International, but many others, that are also offering high-value/high-payoff investment options among US, foreign, and allied firms.
