I am reaching out to introduce NeskaDa Inc., a Pennsylvania-based startup focused on developing a novel and disruptive drug solubilization platform grounded in green chemistry and practical engineering. Our goal is to address one of the most persistent challenges in pharmaceutical development: enabling poorly soluble / poorly permeable drug candidates to become viable, manufacturable, and clinically useful products.
NeskaDa is building a platform designed to simplify and potentially replace many of today’s high-energy, formulation-intensive solubility-enabling approaches, such as complex amorphous dispersion systems and other technically demanding methods. We believe this technology has the potential to improve bioavailability, reduce the need for extensive salt and polymorph screening, operate across development scales, and fit within conventional dosage-form manufacturing processes without requiring heroic processing technologies.
Initial patentability search indicates a differentiated and potentially protectable position. We are now seeking early-stage investor support to advance this platform through proof-of-concept, strengthen the intellectual property estate, and generate the technical data needed for broader partnering and commercialization discussions.
We bring over two decades of pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery leadership, including experience in complex injectables, long-acting systems, solubility-enabling formulations, and CMC development across multiple stages of development. NeskaDa is intended to translate that experience into a scalable platform with broad applicability across poorly soluble drug assets.
