Welcome to the Lansing Shuffle Food Hall and Social Club (www.lansingshuffle.com) - home to mid-Michigan’s best in food, drink, art and entertainment. Located on the Lansing riverfront, steps from local attractions, the reimagined, 10,000-sqft. former City Market site features seven restaurants, two full service bars, art galleries and yes, the nostalgic game of shuffleboard. Add to that a redesigned 5,000 sqft. exterior patio, flexible event space and dynamic programming, Lansing Shuffle will be a cornerstone of the riverfront. This addition to downtown Lansing will create a new destination for locals and visitors alike -an approachable and unique space for families, nightlife, private events and community gatherings.

Conceptualized by the creators of Detroit Shipping Company -our award-winning food hall and beer garden- Lansing Shuffle will have similar traits - both in business model and programming.  

Our tenants are our partners. We look to fill our vendor spaces with up-and-coming chefs, who have something to prove, but need a lower cost of entry to develop their concept. With shared space and expenses, we’re all in it together. 

Location, location, location. Centered in Rotary Park, near Lansing River Trail, Lansing Center, and Jackson Field, we’re
the perfect spot to start or end your night - or to host a private event.

Events, events, events. Holiday parties, weddings, birthdays. With such a unique space, booking events will be a centerpiece
of our business model. Our mission is to deliver a venue and experience unlike anything in the area. 

Program the space. We will place a premium on manufacturing different reasons to drive customers to the space. From shuffleboard leagues on off-nights, to stand up comedy, to music and galleries for art - our programming delivers to a large cross section of people.

Lansing City Market Riverfront Outdoor Space Community matters. As in Detroit, we will be building a cornerstone of the community. From hiring practices designed for diversity to
reflect the community around us, to supporting community events, to featuring local artists and musicians, Lansing Shuffle will be a key player in the revitalization of the riverfront. These principles have driven the success of Detroit Shipping Company and we’re confident it will work at Lansing Shuffle.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The project has made huge progress this year despite significant headwinds - from securing initial round funding, to filling 100% of our vacancies with high quality chefs, to completing our interior buildout, all of the team’s hard work has paid off. With the finish line in plain sight, we’re excited to welcome one final round of investors to be a part of the Lansing Shuffle family. We have been open and operating the food hall and bars as of January 26th. Over the next few months we’ll be working to finish the Shuffleboard Pavilion, with a goal to be running at 100% by start of 2024.  We are seeking a minimum total raise of $100,000 in new funds in exchange for equity.
