Cotton wood creek brewery and smokehouse.

Building a new brewery and smokehouse in Hutto Tx. The name is Cottonwood Creek Brewery and Smokehouse. The land has already been purchased and all engineering and architectural has been completed. This brewery and smokehouse will have 6500 sqft of restaurant and brewery. The concept is very different than most. It will be a full restaurant, full craft brewery and a full bar. The area is in Hutto Tx, just  down the street from the new Samsung Plant. This is the largest Samsung plant in North America.  We are in Hansons Corner, located in front of Home Depot. The location is amazing.  The brewery will have a conference room/private guest room that holds up to 50 people and the main area holds up to 175. There will be outside seating as well as a huge play area for kids.  There is also an outside walk up bar connected to the inside bar. We will offer live  music on weekends. The management team have been in the resteraunt business for over 30 years. They come from Macoroni Grill, Bj's Brewhouse and The League.  I myself have been in the bar business and automotive business. I own a company called Groovy Automotive and we just celebrated our 30 year anniversary on July 1, 2023.  Hutto is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. The 7 streams of revenue will consist  of catering onsite and off-site.  We will have BBQ that can be shipped anywhere in the continental US. We will have all types of jerky. This can be shipped and bought onsite. There will be beer sold in house and we will be self distributing,  ie to bars and grocery stores. There also is a small bakery that will be producing three different types of cakes, cheesecake, lemon and rum cakes. These recipes are old and true and they can be shipped anywhere. The cheesecake will stay in house. There will be merchandise  to sell including shirts, mugs, glasses, etc. During Thanksgiving we will be selling smoked turkeys.  as well as all the fixins. This concept is a winning combination of great food, drinks, experienced management in an excellent location.
