The Haven is designed to work alongside legal practitioners, providing clinically informed, therapeutic, and practical support to clients often managing the psychological impacts of separation, high-conflict dynamics, and domestic and family violence. We recognise that many family law clients present with complex trauma responses that can affect their ability to engage consistently, provide clear instructions, and participate effectively in legal processes. The Haven aims to strengthen client capacity, reduce overwhelm, and support more regulated, child-focused participation throughout proceedings.

The Haven is a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary service supporting women and children navigating domestic violence, post-separation abuse and the Australian family-law system. It brings therapeutic care, case management, practical family-law support and recovery services together in one place.
