Elle.Be.O is the trusted operating and commerce layer for premium independent beauty professionals. Think of it as a curated marketplace, technician CRM and AI marketing studio all in one, built for hair, makeup and cosmetic medicine professionals who are currently juggling six disconnected tools just to run their business.

We're launching hair-first in Sydney on 21 July 2026. Two category leaders are already signed and contracted (Renya Xydis for hair, Dr Joseph Hkeik for cosmetic medicine), with two more in contracting. We don't take any commission on the professional's service fee. Instead we earn through a technician subscription ($45/mo), a small client booking fee ($6/booking) and an optional AI marketing add-on ($59/mo).

We've already placed a $150,000 convertible note ($4.5M cap, 15% discount, 24-month term) and we're now raising a $350,000 pre-seed bridge (with capacity to $500,000) to fund the Sydney launch through to our first proof milestones: 50, then 200 active hair professionals, 500+ completed bookings, and a 60%+ client repeat rate.
