About Zachary Bookman, Angel Investor

Zachary Bookman is the Co‑Founder and CEO of OpenGov, which provides AI‑enabled software to more than 2,000 public sector organizations across the U.S., including cities, counties, state agencies, and school districts. Before OpenGov, he advised U.S. Army General H.R. McMaster on the Anti‑Corruption Task Force in Kabul, Afghanistan, and was a partner at venture fund Formation 8 in San Francisco. Earlier, he practiced trial litigation at Keker, Van Nest & Peters and clerked for Judge Sandra S. Ikuta on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His investments include BeWith.io (Superc AI), Sewer AI, Grupago, Zamp, Pano, VADE, Binti, Little Black Door, and Enrich, spanning seed to Series B rounds across AI, civic tech, and digital platforms.
