Yasmin Lukatz, Angel Investor

Yasmin Lukatz is the Founder & Executive Director of ICON – Israel Collaboration Network, a nonprofit based in Silicon Valley that connects Israeli tech innovators with the global startup ecosystem. Through ICON, she has built a thriving community that supports founders with mentorship, events, and cross‑border collaboration. She is also the Founder & President of Code for Israel, a nonprofit initiative launched in 2021, and previously served as Owner’s Representative and Chairman of the Board at Israel Hayom, where she helped shape the strategy of Israel’s leading national newspaper. Earlier roles include COO of Evo, a parenting technology startup, and Special Assistant to the Chairman & CEO at Las Vegas Sands Corp. Alongside her nonprofit and leadership work, Yasmin is an active angel investor, backing startups such as Quantum Art, Sequence, PointFive, Arya, and Annabella, reflecting her focus on innovation across media, technology, and consumer sectors.
