Wisconsin Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program

About Wisconsin Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program

The Wisconsin RFSI Program has two tracks to which an applicant can apply, the Infrastructure Grant track and Equipment-Only Grant track. Applicants may only apply for one track. Each track has its own Request for Proposals (RFP) document along with two templates for downloading, one from USDA and one from DATCP. Please be sure that the correct templates are being used for the specific grant when submitting an application. Full proposals for both tracks are due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. RFSI grant projects must expand middle-of-the food supply chain capacity for locally- and regionally-produced foods and offer more and better market opportunities to small- and mid-sized agricultural producers, including those who may not have access to value-added opportunities or processing to meet market demand for premium or value-added products, such as underserved producers.
