William Bader, Angel Investor

William A. “Bill” Bader is an attorney, CPA, retirement consultant, and author with over 35 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, and other organizations. He specializes in tax, retirement planning, executive compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. He spent more than 25 years at Mercer, where he advised on 401(k) governance, compliance, and design, and served as a worldwide partner. Earlier in his career, he practiced pension, 401(k), and tax law at leading firms, including Fried Frank. In addition to his consulting career, Bill founded Bader Properties, LLC, a real estate investment and leasing business. He is also an angel investor, supporting early-stage companies and entrepreneurs.
