We are a private equity firm which invests in high quality, growth-phase Australian companies. Our firm was established in 2016 to serve the needs of high-potential companies as they scale up. We look to invest between $10m and $50m in companies with strong management teams, high-performance cultures, clear product-market fit and substantial growth potential. Our previous investments have focused on the consumer, software, services and healthcare sectors. The Whiteoak team is based in Sydney and Melbourne.​ We also draw on the expertise of our advisory board and professional network to help our companies make a step-change in performance through robust strategic planning and clear delivery metrics. Our structured approach to value creation helps our portfolio companies to win in their markets. We prioritise strong relationships and fact-based decision-making to deliver impact and create long-term value.
