About WEtech Alliance

WEtech Alliance is a non-profit Regional Innovation Centre that helps start and grow tech and tech-enabled companies and champions innovation in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. It is one of seventeen Regional Innovation Centres funded by the Province of Ontario. It provides entrepreneurs with business services, training, perks, mentorship, and strategic connections to help bring new ideas to market, scale to the next level, and build a dynamic culture and a community of innovation. WEtech Alliance serves a broad range of sectors and stages of tech and tech-enabled companies, including fintech, IT, mobility, and greenhouse technology. Some of the clients and partners that WEtech Alliance supports are Edison Financial, Turaco Web International Group, Shopify, Scribendi Inc., and Greenhill Produce. WEtech Alliance also offers various programs and services to help accelerate tech companies, such as ScaleUP Accelerator Program, Tech Connect Thursday, Women Driven Mobility, and Founders Night YQG. WEtech Alliance is the catalyst for technology and innovation in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. It aims to build a sustainable and diverse economy that attracts and retains top talent, business, and investment. It also aims to build a talent pipeline in the fields of Science, Technology, engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) from grade school through high school and university.
