PREDICTABLE CASH FLOWS ▪ A three-year history of positive cash flows. ▪ A positive future outlook, whether it be backlog, industry, or existing customer base. HIGH GROWTH POTENTIAL Immediately addressable opportunities to increase revenue: ▪ By growing within a rapidly expanding industry. ▪ By taking market share from competitors. ▪ Through specific, identified operational, sales and marketing improvements. ▪ Through follow-on acquisition.
