WestFront Capital Group is a private equity investment firm that acquires companies in the lower middle market. We focus on companies that are at a lifecycle transition point and special situations (e.g. family succession/retirement, underperforming and distressed, complex transactions, etc.). WestFront Capital, based in Dallas, TX, invests equity capital in private middle market companies that are at an inflection point in their life cycle. WestFront’s approach is differentiated from the “Wall Street style” of private equity and does not appeal to everyone.
