Werner Minshall – Real Estate Investor | Angel Investor | Startup Founder. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by business and entrepreneurship. At just eight years old, I launched my first ventures—selling holiday cards, shoveling snow, and selling candy. The excitement of creating, learning, and investing in businesses has been the driving force behind my career ever since. I hold a degree in International Business with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese, followed by service in the Marine Corps, where I flew helicopters and led drone missions. This experience sharpened my skills in leadership, operations, and logistics. After my military service, I deepened my expertise by studying Web Application Development, User Experience, Digital Marketing, and Accounting at UCLA Extension. During this time, my wife and I built a successful real estate business, focusing on Real Estate Due Diligence, Construction Management, and Asset Management. Now, I’m concentrating on investing in both real estate and startups while continuing to build my own ventures.
