Vlad Loktev, Angel Investor

Vlad Loktev is an angel investor focused on enterprise software, developer tools, and creator economy platforms. His investments include Linear, a software development and project management platform, and Clazar, a SaaS company focused on cloud marketplace operations. His investment activity has included both seed and late-stage growth financings in software infrastructure companies. Vlad participated in Linear’s Series C round, where the company raised a total of $82M, and Clazar’s $4M seed financing round. Vlad has been serving as Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer at Roblox for nearly a year, working on creator-focused platform initiatives. He has also been a Venture Partner at Index Ventures during the same period.
