Vincent J. (VJ) Dowling is the Chairman of Dowling & Partners, a boutique equity research firm and full-service broker-dealer that focuses exclusively on the insurance industry. He is also the Managing Partner at Dowling Capital and Chairman at Dowling Hales. VJ is also an angel investor primarily in the seed round of funding. Some of his personal investments include Dellwood Insurance, Stable Insurance, and Surround Insurance.
