INVESTMENT CRITERIA INDUSTRY: Consumer and manufacturing, particularly in food & beverage and active lifestyle TARGET INVESTMENT SIZE: $2-10 Million GEOGRAPHIC REGION: Pacific Northwest, with a focus on Oregon and Southwest Washington GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Have specific growth initiatives that require capital (Capital for liquidity may also be considered) OWNERSHIP: Founder(s) / entrepreneur(s) owned and is (are) interested in remaining majority owner(s)
