It emphasizes simple structures, cash flow sustainability, and alignment with macroeconomic cycles. The firm sources capital from a single provider, enabling decisions that prioritize long‑term interests. Its operating company investments target mission‑critical industrial and infrastructure services, as well as business services, typically with $5–15M EBITDA and $15–150M revenue. Real estate investments range from $10–100M assets across office, industrial, mixed‑use, multifamily, and hospitality, with a preference for Western and Southern U.S. markets.
