Victoria Gustafson is a transformational leader with nearly 20 years of experience helping businesses accelerate growth through sharper insights, stronger teams, and streamlined operations. As Senior Partner at Verde Associates, she specializes in guiding companies through critical growth stages—whether scaling, entering new markets, or navigating major change—by combining executive coaching, strategy, and hands-on execution support. Her focus is on organizational evolution and growth acceleration, ensuring change initiatives strengthen culture while improving performance. In addition to her client work, Victoria serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she lectures in the Chief Revenue Officer Program and develops bespoke leadership and transformation programs. She is also an angel investor and a member of a Chicago-based angel group that supports innovative startups and the next generation of entrepreneurs.
