About Vic Gatto, Angel Investor

Vic Gatto, Partner, Venture Capitalist, and Investor came to Solidus in 2007 from Massey Burch Capital Corporation where he was a partner for five years. Prior to Massey Burch, in 1993, he co-founded InfoTech a software company in Boston that grew from three to over 250 employees when sold in 1999. Among Vic's responsibilities are sourcing, analyzing, and structuring new investments as well as monitoring existing portfolio companies. Currently, he is on the Board of seven of these: SouthComm, Check'd In, J2 Software, OnFocus Healthcare, Venture Incite, Change:Healthcare, and Tricycle. He also serves on the boards of The Nashville Technology Council and the Vanderbilt Healthcare Business Alumni Association. Vic earned a B.A. from Amherst College and an MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management. Vic is interested in advancing health through innovation, product development, and advanced technology. To that end, he is interested in speaking with other individuals who either work or invest within these industries. He spent 15 years as a venture capitalist.
