We see a growing number of opportunities where our focus, local presence, and long-term orientation matter in helping those teams achieve their mission. Vertu Capital invests in B2B or B2G companies that are targeting transformational growth, either organic or through M&A. We have the flexibility to consider a variety of deal types and capital structures with a focus on late-stage growth equity and mid-market buyouts. We seek to invest equity ranging between $25M and $75M per investment.
