Varsha Rao is an angel investor with a portfolio of more than 50 companies, focusing on AI, healthcare, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. Her recent investments include firms such as TextQL, which builds agentic data platforms for enterprise AI adoption; Raindrop, a digital identity management startup; Alex AI, a conversational AI platform; and Abby Care, a healthcare company improving access for families with complex medical needs. She has participated in seed, Series A, and venture rounds, backing companies at formative and growth stages. Varsha also serves as Executive Partner at Flare Capital Partners, where she advises on healthcare and enterprise investments, and as Strategic & Operating Advisor at TextQL, partnering with the founding team on enterprise adoption and go-to-market strategy.
