Valeas Capital Partners is a middle-market private equity firm formed in October 2021 by Rob Little and Ed Woiteshek, with offices in San Francisco, California. As of May 31, 2025, Valeas had approximately $1.5 billion in regulatory assets under management (“RAUM”). Valeas’ principal focus is buyout investments at attractive growth inflection points across three broad verticals: financial services, data & technology, and healthcare. The Co-Founders have 40 years of cumulative experience operating and investing in these segments.
