The firm takes minority positions in early stage and growth companies or come alongside legacy-minded owners to acquire their family businesses and infuse new energy into an established company. We typically invest in companies that are above $5 million in annual revenue and profitable. For software-as-a-service companies, we require at least $1 million of recurring revenue.
