Founded in 2018, UIT Growth Equity was initially started as a vehicle to allow our partners the ability to invest in high-growth companies before their initial public offering. Recognizing investor demand for pre-public growth equity along with the ability to source more equity than anticipated, the partners and founders decided to offer the opportunity to other accredited investors. Today, UIT Growth Equity is focused on sourcing and investing in middle to late-stage, venture capital-backed private companies across a range of rapidly growing industries. Our directors and officers have extensive experience in the private and venture investment industry, collectively holding over 125 years of experience.
