Trivergance is a private equity firm and independent (fundless) sponsor founded in 2006, headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. Originally built by Marc Byron, Jerry Stone, and Lowell Kraff, it reemerged in 2021 as a partnership between Stone and Kraff after Byron's passing in 2020. Beyond capital, Trivergance combines financial, intellectual, and human capital — offering proprietary customer-acquisition and business-building IP as performance-marketing pioneers, plus cross-functional operating teams drawn from its portfolio and broad executive network to accelerate growth. The firm targets small-to-medium-sized companies resistant to economic cycles and technological obsolescence, with special interest in subscription businesses across travel/hospitality, consumer products, media, communications, technology, and financial services. Notable investments include Ubicquia, Clarus Commerce, and The ArcView Group. As an independent sponsor, Trivergance sources capital deal-by-deal from private equity firms, hedge funds, and institutional partners rather than a fixed fund, having deployed over $1 billion in institutional equity historically.
