I love a good spreadsheet. And I enjoy real estate as an investment. But I hated being a landlord and am not very handy with power tools. So, I started making private funding for real estate investors in 2019. Since then, good clients have kept returning and have also referred their friends. A mix of interests has taken me down many paths. Since June 2010, I have developed extensive experience as a Buyer, Seller, and (briefly) a Broker of multiple web-based businesses, including SaaS, Niche Games, Used Cars, File Utilities, eCommerce, and more. In the same timeframe, I've had the privilege to participate as an angel investor and advisor to a handful of early-stage startups both domestically (US) and internationally. These span online and offline with a focus on apps and technology at their core.
