We are a conventional venture fund with one simple yet fundamental difference: We give away 50% of our personal profits to the charitable organizations that our LPs choose. In most cases, profits are split 80/20, 80% to the LPs and 20% to GPs. ​ At Transform Capital, the profits are split 80/10/10, 80% to the LPs, 10% to the charitable causes the LPs choose over the life of the fund, and 10% to the GPs.
