Tom Nolan is a seasoned executive and investor with over two decades of experience scaling consumer brands. Most recently, he served as CEO of Kendra Scott, where he expanded the company to 165+ stores, grew e-commerce and wholesale, and drove its enterprise value past $1 billion. Earlier in his career, Tom held senior roles at Ralph Lauren and Condé Nast, founded Prospect Brands, and continues to advise lifestyle companies. He also serves on the boards of Les Schwab, Made In, Greyson, and UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Center for Entrepreneurship, while chairing Sweetens Cove Spirits Company. As an angel investor, Nolan focuses on consumer and lifestyle ventures. His latest investment was in Greyson Clothiers (premium apparel, Series A, $20M), reflecting his interest in brand-driven growth and innovative consumer businesses.
