Tom Nguyen, Angel Investor

Tom Nguyen is a veteran commercial real estate broker, real estate attorney, and developer/investor with over 24 years of experience and over 1 billion in closings. He is the President of Real Capital Inc. and heads up both its commercial real estate investment and brokerage business. Tom is also the Managing Partner at Key Partners LLC - a real estate development and investment firm. Tom started his career in law as a real estate attorney but quickly transitioned over to a full-time commercial real estate broker. He spent 12 years at NAI Capital as an Executive VP and founder of its Pacific Rim Division, where he was routinely among the top-producing brokers in the firm. Tom then joined Steve Hopkins as managing director at Hopkins Real Estate, a value-added development firm involved in the repositioning of commercial real estate assets. Tom currently works with capital partners as a sponsor and principal in commercial real estate investments and land development while continuing to represent special clients in brokerage as an Executive Advisor at EXP Commercial. For over 23 years, Mr. Nguyen has transacted over 1 billion in commercial real estate from multifamily and shopping centers to industrial and land development deals. He has consulted and acted as a leasing agent to institutional tenants and landlords.
