He also guides the company's overall strategy, operational processes, and go-to-market motion. He is passionate about working with high-performing teams, improving customer-centric products, and driving measurable outcomes. He enjoys coaching, investing in, and helping individuals who display curiosity, agility, & determination. Outside work, he loves spending time with his family, watching University of Michigan football, and playing golf.
