Title Town Capital Fund (TTCF") is a registered cannabis fund with the U.S. Security Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Our cannabis fund was formed in 2021, which allows our firm to raise capital from private investors and allocate the investment to designated projects. Our cannabis investment focus is cannabis start-ups, multi-state operations, distressed assets, brands, and much more. Our investment strategy is not like most investment firms; however, we strive to create high returns while reducing our risk. Having a strong management team, high-level consultants, accounting, legal, and a standardized operating procedure reduces our investment risk. Title Town Capital Fund is an active investor in cultivation, manufacturing, retail, delivery, and social consumption to reduce our investors' risk and grow all of our operators' upside.
