Our goal is to bring more than capital—we deliver hands-on operational support and strategic leadership drawn from decades of experience in business transformation, M&A, and executive development. Our Ideal Investment Profile Includes: ▪ Founder-led or closely held businesses ▪ Revenue between $5M and $100M ▪ EBITDA-positive or breakeven with reinvestment in growth ▪ Operating in or adjacent to cloud-based IT services (AWS, Azure, GCP), B2B services, or other scalable verticals ▪ Opportunities for strategic scaling, add-ons, or market expansion ▪ Geography: Primarily U.S.-based businesses ▪ Stage: Growth-stage or transition-ready (e.g., founder succession, recapitalization)
