Tim Wells is a national business leader with a deep understanding of sales, operations, and leadership for small to mid-sized businesses. He has successfully opened, grown, and managed regions, markets, and teams over his career. Tim's approach is highly collaborative ensuring they (as a team) deliver the best solutions to move a business forward. He is passionate about implementing sales, operational, and leadership strategies and systems to grow revenue and profits. While at INRY, Tim built and led a team of thought leaders with the focus of delivering business outcomes for our clients—which included building a sales and go-to-market strategy across the United States. His accomplishments included expanding the client base, improving CSAT, and achieving recognition of INC 5000's Fastest Growing Companies in 3 out of 4 years. Tim is currently an Angel Investor in a venture capital firm that brings together Minnesota’s visionaries and investors to accelerate the products and services that make the world a better place.
