The Time Group is a Baltimore-based equity investment firm primarily focused on multifamily, manufactured housing, and senior living real estate located in the Baltimore metropolitan area, with holdings extending throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The Time Group generally focuses on value-add and redevelopment properties, seeking a return based upon a long-term investment horizon. The Time Group specializes in residential investment properties. Our holdings consist of multifamily and senior living communities and manufactured housing, with some ancillary commercial, retail, and parking components. Our 50+ years of experience have taught us that our organizational capacities are most effective at a minimum size of 100 units. Geographically, we invest primarily in properties within the Baltimore Metropolitan area but also have holdings throughout the State of Maryland the Mid-Atlantic region.
