Founded in 2011 and based in New York City, The Social Entrepreneurs’ Fund (TSEF) focuses on early-stage equity stakes in impact-oriented software and software-enabled companies. TSEF identifies strong entrepreneurs with proven business models with the intention of infusing capital into underserved markets.
