The Roxborough Group, LLC (“Roxborough”) is a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco. The firm was founded in 2013 by Marc Perrin, a former Starwood Capital Group executive who serves as managing partner. Since its inception, The Roxborough Group has raised three discretionary funds and other co-investment vehicles it currently manages on behalf of a diverse set of institutional investors, including endowments, pension funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Roxborough invests opportunistically across all real estate asset classes, both directly and with partners, as well as in corporate real estate transactions. The firm’s investing philosophy is a thematic approach that encompasses macro fundamentals, asset-level nuances, and event-driven market mispricing. Roxborough targets dynamic submarkets fueled by sustainable economic growth and outsized demand drivers.
